First Things First
It's time to consider the applicability and soundness of the theoretical instruments at our disposal to address the various crises the globe is currently experiencing. The entire body of knowledge that scientists and scholars have amassed thus far is insufficient to turn the world around and prevent its inevitable destruction. Acting now will enable "alternative knowledge" to coexist with institutional and conventional knowledge and show itself as a source of answers as opposed to merely explanations or justifications. The foundations upon which this alternative knowledge is built must differ significantly from those that gave rise to our existing state of neutral and ineffective knowledge. We can do it here at Universalica. We understand the challenging work that lies ahead of us, but in order to complete this essential endeavor, we must have the courage to unite and act together.
Vision Definition:
Our judgments and outcomes will be incorrect as long as we continue based on false assertions. For this reason, we should revisit the basic ideas that we have grown accustomed to taking for granted in all areas of science. This will force us to focus first on topics like philosophy, epistemology, methodology, sociology, and so on that can be applied to all other sciences. By carefully analyzing claims that have been accepted as true for decades or even centuries, we can start to identify potential alternatives to these underlying theoretical substructures that haven't yielded the expected outcomes. "But why would we have always retained this inadequate basis for our knowledge?" one may wonder. The response is straightforward: since they have. The explanation is straightforward: they have helped those who gain from this completely inadequate understanding. These semi-sciences have dialectical relationships with the dominant system: on the one hand, these sciences support and uphold the system; on the other hand, the system pays these semi-sciences and grants them unnecessary credibility through accreditation, and so at this very moment. There is no institutional incentive to make fundamental adjustments to this sterile setup as long as these two entities continue to serve one another. Any modification must originate from sources other than these two entities. A comprehensive evaluation of scientific substance will never be initiated by the government or the academic community on its own. They ought to be made to do so, and in order to accomplish this, a movement led by autonomous thinkers is required.
